Within Valuation & Financial Modelling, we work with the leading Danish corporates and investment funds providing them with high value expert advice. We have a flat organizational structure ensuring early responsibility combined with direct training on the job from senior team members.

We focus on developing a deep understanding of valuation and financial modelling, sharing insights, and helping each other whenever needed. Some of the daily tasks in our team include:

  • Building best-practice investment models (especially within large infrastructure and renewable projects);
  • Reviewing and providing advice on investment models from leading investment funds, corporates and investment banks;
  • Providing independent valuations for M&A transactions, legal or tax disputes or management incentive programs;
  • Providing expert value driven advice in complex tax and legal cases or business development.
  • Contribute to our dedicated effort within the renewable energy sector.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?
We are looking for Challengers that have a passion for translating complex financial challenges into models. You are likely on your final year of university or a recent graduate with 0-2 years of fulltime experience and have had exposure to valuations and/or financial modelling.

In our newest team member, we are looking for the following skills and interests:

  • A keen interest in numerical and logical reasoning.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for tackling complex financial challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel and similar analytical tools.
  • A strong sense of ownership and an ability to work proactively and independently on assigned tasks.
  • An interest in working with external stakeholders.
  • An ambition to ignite your own career potential within a service line committed to growth.
