Who is Digizuite

Digizuite is a major player in the global DAM market, providing powerful digital asset management solutions to businesses and organizations around the world. Our clients describe us as the engine that enables them to become truly omnichannel organizations. Our clients are empowered to deliver relevant content to the right people at the right time across multiple channels, ultimately, creating compelling customer experiences.

In May 2021, Digizuite successfully completed an IPO funding round and is now listed on the First North Nasdaq stock exchange in Copenhagen. The purpose of the IPO has been to invest further into our sales & marketing, product, and people to make sure we keep our position as the leading performance Digital Asset Management provider for Enterprises. Digizuite is a fast-growing tech company, with high customer retention and many Fortune 500 clients.

The team

Digizuite is looking for a new member to join the Integration Team in R&D. A distributed and international team with a great deal of experience and passion for technology. And then of course some great people who love to have fun, help each other and enjoy building great software.

Why have an integration team? Digital Asset Management (DAM) is at the center the enterprise ecosystem and must provide digital assets to many platforms through integrations and connectors. All images, videos, 3D files and PDFs (and their metadata) must be used by websites, social media platforms, product information or marketing automation.

The integrations team is responsible for all Digizuite connectors and integrations but also the overall integration toolbox which the latter is built upon. The team is leading product and full development cycles for products such as DAM for Sitecore, DAM for Optimizely, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hootsuite, Office and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. All built on top of the integration toolbox also maintained by the team. We focus heavily on making public examples on GitHub and provide the best level of documentation on everything we build.

Furthermore, partners and clients can choose to build own connector and integrations on top of the integration toolbox. The integration team facilitates support (workshops and training) to ensure best possible experience and quality of anything being built on top of Digizuite.

About the role

We are looking for a person who have the expertise to be leading integrations and is inspired by being a part of the whole development cycle. All from understanding the ‘why’ and customer requirements to performing the actual development or guiding others how to.

The high-level goals are 1) to be expanding our existing marketplace with quality integrations/connectors; 2) guiding customers/partners on how to build on their own and 3) improving our own integration toolbox, public examples and standards to become even better going forward.

You will be learning how to master integrations between Digizuite DAM and platforms in the Marketing Tecnology (MarTech) stack and becoming a trusted advisor to our customers in this context. Examples of platforms in the MarTech stack: PIM (InRiver, Stibo Systems, Akeneo, ect), CMS (Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, Umbraco, ect), Marketing Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot) and many more.

Overall, it is key that you have a passion for building the great solution (having a product-mindset) which all starts with the customer and end-user. And then bringing it all to life by designing and developing the real thing (in collaboration with the customer) which lives up to its promise.

To be successful, you must thrive in both a customer-facing and highly technical role. Being a great communicator when it comes to understanding customer requirements and training partners but at the same time a highly skilled technologist who focus on quality code, integration tests, and one who knows great API design and modern scalable frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Leading development of new integrations and connectors from initial customer engagement to high-quality product which will enable our customers and their business.

  • Code as a full-stack developer (or the passion to want to become one) in C# (.net core) and Angular X. The integrations are leaning more towards backend but can have frontend elements.

  • Guide and conduct proper design, architecture and code reviews.

  • Work closely with customers, partners and other Digizuite product teams to reach the best solution for our customer.

  • Become an advisor for partners and customers on how to develop best practice integrations and connectors between Digizuite DAM and the MarTech stack.

  • Bringing together all stakeholders internally and externally (Sales, Service Delivery, Partners and Customers).

Qualifications

Basic

  • Communicating with cross-functional teams (both technical and non-technical people) and translate between business and technical requirements.

  • Team-player who wants to help and be a great colleague. But also focus on doing handovers to a colleague exactly as you would like to receive it yourself.

  • Problem-solving mindset who will fail and learn fast to quickly determine whether or not an idea or solution has value to the customer (results through continuous improvement).

  • Working autonomously with little input from stakeholders (sometimes people don’t know what they are looking for) and running with it.

  • Know your REST APIs or GraphQL and asynchronous integration patterns.

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Development or an equivalent field

  • 1+ years of programming and software development in a backend language (preferred C#).

Preferred

  • Having worked with integrations in a previous job and know how to connect enterprise platforms.

  • Know the impact of writing great documentation and providing public examples to drive technical adoption by partners.

  • Experience with ongoing monitoring and support of integrations which run large volumes of data.

  • Know how to drive proper solutions for large enterprises.

  • Have worked with Azure Functions, Event Grid or other parts of the Azure platform.

  • Technical lead who has been setting the code standards and understands the value of proper integration tests and code reviews.

  • Have been running workshops or training with multiple stakeholders.

  • Have +2 years as a full-stack and preferably coding C# (.net core) and Angular X.

  • A plus if you have heard of or Experience with one of the platforms in the MarTech landscape (PIM, DAM, CMS, ERP, MDM, CRM or Marketing Automation).
