What you’ll do 
As Finance Business Partner, you will become part of our Finance department, which consists of our Accounting, Business Finance, BI & Analytics, and Legal units. You will join the Business Finance unit which has a wide range of responsibilities – including price and performance management, business partnering & controlling, and reporting.  

Our work supports the commercial side of our business, our C-level management team, and external partners. As we play a supportive role to many areas of our business, an important part of our focus is also on creating relationships across the organisation. Stakeholder management is therefore an essential part of our work. 

The primary tasks are: 

  • Business partnering towards the B2C management team, essentially providing material and recommendations to drive decision-making 
  • Proactively provide financial analysis and ensure continued optimization related to controlling within the business area, as well as across the Business Finance team  
  • Set and analyse relevant KPI’s such as margins, costs, market performance, etc. 
  • Drive financial processes such as forecast- and budgeting for B2C 
  • Provide transparency and insights into performance and ensure correct month- and year end close

Your profile 

  • You have a background as Cand. Oecon or a similar degree, and have relevant experience within the area of Finance Business Partnering or controlling  
  • You have your financial toolbox in place combined with a sound business understanding 
  • You are analytically strong and adept at understanding and learning new systems 
  • You thrive with a diverse set of tasks - you can deep dive into the finer details, but are also capable of strategic sparring with the commercial business area 
  • You are a great communicator and know how to turn insights into a basis for decision-making
