Technical Support Specialist

Do you have hands-on experience with LC-MS instrumentation for proteomics, great technical knowledge and excellent people and communication skills? If so, you could be our new Technical Support Specialist for the Evosep One. As our team faces growing demand in Europe, we are seeking to expand our headquarters in Odense with a dedicated Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering top-tier technical support to both our customers and service engineers.

Our vision at Evosep is to improve quality of life and patient care by radically innovating how protein based clinical diagnostics are performed. Through collaborations with world-leading scientists we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than todays’ alternatives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for customers and service partners.
  • Design, create and maintain service documentation and training material.
  • Admin of site preparation, service contracts, service communications etc.
  • Maintaining CRM system with case records, workflows and KPIs

Qualifications

Your most important qualification is your personality. We care about hiring people who we believe can thrive and develop at Evosep. Our team is diverse, but a positive can-do attitude and the desire to be part of something bigger than yourself are common characteristics for the entire team. For this role, the following qualifications would also be preferable:

  • Technician, Engineer, B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Analytical Sciences, Biochemistry or related fields.
  • Good technical skills and ability to quickly analyze and understand complex technical issues.
  • Hands-on experience with LC-MS instrumentation for proteomics.
  • Good communication and people skills are essential. This goes for both writing and presenting skills, as well as listening and interaction skills in general.
  • Structured and self-motivated.
