We are seeking a motivated Business Financial Controller to join one of our business units in Ballerup, Denmark. This role offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic, international, and positive work environment.

How you'll make an impact

  • Responsible for overseeing monthly financial deliverables, including closings, forecasts, reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business managers to support operational decision-making and provide financial expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering to execution, close-out, and warranty phases.

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements in cost structure and productivity.

  • Conduct quality checks on financial data, analyzing major fluctuations and foreign exchange impacts, while ensuring compliance with company policies, IFRS standards, and internal controls.

  • Support both internal and external audits and ensure transparency in financial reporting, along with providing ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Solid experience in financial planning , accounting, and project control.

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken, is required as you will work in an international setting.

  • You should be well-versed in MS Office and have a strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP/S4.
