What do we offer you?
Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets. Additionally, in close collaboration with our Head of Group Controlling, you will establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a regular basis, including biweekly, monthly, and annually.
You will be responsible for implementing and safeguarding consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, while adhering to international and local legal standards and staying updated on proposed legislation. Furthermore, you will develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows. Consolidation and reporting of Svanehøj’s financial performance on a monthly basis will be an important task, providing transparency for the executive leadership team.
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data. You should have a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles, as well as the capability to work independently and in teams. It is important that you are structured in your work, pay keen attention to details, and communicate effectively to ensure clarity and collaboration.
