Engineering Graduate for substation project management

You'll be in charge of your own tasks and projects, and you'll get to apply your knowledge and expertise to influence decisions.

In your first rotation, you'll be part of an international team responsible for the full execution of our substation projects. Our projects commence from the early conceptual stages, continues through the procurement phase of significant construction contracts, and are completed once the substations are constructed. You'll work alongside experienced project managers, and you'll familiarise yourself with all aspects of project management from planning, design, procurement to project execution.

Your key tasks will be to

    • coordinate ongoing project management activities within execution
    • support our project development strategy and assist the team in securing new projects
    • assist with contract development and contract negotiations
    • support the development of leading project management solutions.

Your competences include that you

    • graduate before 1 September 2018 with a master's degree in structural, mechanical, electrical or management engineering and have delivered excellent results during your studies
    • have a strong drive and the vision and energy to set new standards
    • speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate efficiently
    • have worked with technical developments and project management solutions during your studies and have experience with or knowledge of Project Management Institute methodology
    • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks, are able to handle several tasks simultaneously and thrive in a changeable and challenging environment.
