The Customer Service division in KMD is a part of the Business Unit Central government. In Customer Service we have several different tasks ranging from daily handling of customer service over incident management to education of KMD WorkZone users.

The Customer Service Division is integral to KMD’s success – our daily contact with KMD’s customers ensure, that the solutions we deliver are used to their full potential and runs as smoothly as possible – and that our customers are happy. You will have a central role, in teaching users of KMD WorkZone how to use our systems optimally and to offer them continual sparring and support.


About the program
As a graduate, you hold a business-critical position throughout the program while attending courses and certified exams. You are exposed to real life IT- and business problems, and you work hands-on to create solutions, solve issues and collaborate with a variety of people, both externally and internally.

During the 18-month journey, you will attain:

  • Certifications to become a certified IT instructor – e.g. using the Herskin method
  • An ITIL4 Foundation course, courses in customer management and internal courses in KMD to make sure that you have optimal chances of becoming a success in your new job
  • An opportunity to make your mark on WorkZone - Denmark’s leading ECM solution – we are looking very much forward to hearing your input!
  • Valuable skills within customer management, incident management and teaching

In the graduate program, you will:

  • Follow a structured development program tailored by your manager to ensure your professional and personal growth
  • Join a strong network of dedicated individuals
  • Acquire a vast technical skill-set and develop a profound knowledge within your area
  • Be offered a position within your field once you are finished
  • Get to try several different tasks to determine where your preferences lie

There are multiple possible outcomes once you finish the 18-month program. You could become a Delivery Manager, Team Lead, responsible for the education team or an Incident Manager – it depends on your preferences and in what area you excel during your graduate program.

About you
We are looking for the best and brightest graduates. You have recently graduated and hold a relevant bachelors or master’s degree within e.g. business informatics, global business or an equivalent degree from a university.

  

You are:

  • Extroverted and thrive in an environment where you interact with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders very day
  • Structured and organized – you love designing processes and watching them work
  • Patient and can keep a calm head in a busy environment
  • Passionate and curious with a future-oriented mindset
  • An excellent communicator and have great collaborative skills
  • Fluent in Danish and English
