Are you motivated by finding solutions to difficult planning “puzzles”, working in the details, and collaborating with a wide range of different people?
If yes, this is the ideal opportunity to start your career in the LEGO Group!

Join a great team!
You will be joining Billund Component Planning consisting of 19 skilled and dedicated colleagues responsible for all aspects of the moulding planning at our Billund based factory.

We ensure that the LEGO® Bricks are available for our packing sites at the right time and in the most cost-efficient way. We do this by securing availability of raw material and storage space, optimal capacity utilization on moulds and machines, and suitable means of transportation for the elements produced.

All this is done in close collaboration with colleagues from different areas of the Production and other planning functions around the world.

Play your part in our team succeeding
Your primary responsibility is production planning on approx. 60 machines in our Billund Factory, including:

• Master planning and detailed scheduling of moulding changeovers.

• Problem solving under capacity constraints and machine / mould breakdowns.

• Daily collaboration with colleagues from different production areas and other global moulding sites.

• Follow-up on production performance and KPI’s.

Your workday will partly consist of routine planning tasks, but with continuous new challenges to solve, as well as opportunities for creative thinking around practical problem solving and improvement of processes.

You will constantly need to tackle dilemmas and navigate in environments of conflicting interests.

You will become part of a global planning organization close to the Production and will thus get broad insights into the supply chain of the LEGO Group, which makes it a position with many potential development paths.

We welcome both experienced as well as newly graduated applicants, who are excited to learn about Production Planning in a global manufacturing environment, who thrive working with structure, who can work autonomously, while also being a valuable and caring team player.

The role requires motivation for working in the details and ability to work on several different issues at the same time. Moreover, that you enjoy and are able to collaborate with people from many different working areas and with diverse professional backgrounds.

Furthermore, we expect you to have a natural investigating mindset and a strong sense of logic – it is crucial being able to critically assess situations to identify and handle challenges proactively.

Moreover, we would like you to possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence or similar, or related experience, preferably from an international organization.

• You speak and write both Danish and English easily.

• SAP experience is a plus.

As a person you bring a lot of drive and enthusiasm, so that you naturally contribute to the positive atmosphere in our team.

In the LEGO Group, we succeed together. As part of our global family, we need your creativity and ability to enjoy a fun working environment.

Join the global LEGO® family
Children are our role models. Their curiosity, creativity and imagination inspire everything we do. We strive to create a diverse, dynamic and inclusive culture of play at the LEGO Group, where everyone feels safe, valued and they belong.

The LEGO Group is proud to be an equal opportunity and an affirmative action employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status.

We support our employees in being there for the moments that matter in life and celebrate families of all kinds, the loved ones that make us who we are. Being part of the LEGO Group also means taking part in our annual Play Day, playing a part in building a sustainable future and continuing our mission to “inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.”

Build your career brick by brick at The LEGO Group.
