Do you want to build fantastic enterprise journeys and designs to empower B2B Customers and sales processes?
This fantastic role will give the ability to apply all your know-how in User-Centered Design to delight our B2B customers and LEGO® sales organization.

Core Responsibilities
Join this diverse team to collaborate with the Product Organization and Software Engineers to drive future visions for products and services that encourage people and meet user and business needs.
• Leading research, user interviews and priorities with the team and partners that impact end-users and teams globally.
• Facilitate mapping as-is and to-be user journeys with collaborators.
• Planning usability tests, working from sketches into prototypes, and iterate from feedback.
• Leading the research and design of the brand-new commercial customer management platform including the Partner Account, data modeling, and customer segmentation.

Join this outstanding product team and support the LEGO Group’s B2B Customer & Channel Management product team in the B2B Digital Portfolio.
The Partner and Markets area consists of multiple digital product teams that work closely together to support B2B Customers and our sales organization.
It is also possible to be part of the great UX Community with other skilled designers - together advancing the UX maturity of the digital technology organization in the LEGO Group.
The team is based in the brand-new LEGO Digital Hub in Copenhagen, offering an exciting, inspiring, and flexible work environment.

Do you have what it takes?
The preferred candidate restlessly solves complex problems through collaboration with your team, partners, and users. Also be agile and flexible to adapt the design process based on product/service needs, yet able to explain important consequences of tradeoffs.
To succeed in this role, the candidate ideally has competence within the following:
• Visualize and articulate complex problems and guide effective decisions toward desired outcomes.
• Be a strong facilitator - running online workshops to uncover user needs and business value.
• Love driving and supporting the design process End-to-End, from research to handover collaboration with engineers.
• Solid skills in structuring and visualizing journey maps, information architecture and high-fidelity UI prototypes that support those journeys.
• Experience working with Design Systems and with Enterprise/B2B software or Service Design is a bonus.
• A love of "collaboration and learning".
Advanced English both written and verbally is a need since we are an international gathered team – and please, an available online portfolio listed on your resume.
