Join us as our new Process Analyst QES, Bagsværd
As process analyst in corporate QES you will work closely together with various departments to analyze, improve and mature Novozymes IT systems and technologies. The position is within the line of business responsible for quality, environment and safety. You will be managing and/or participating in global IT projects that will optimize/replace processes and systems to enable Novozymes’ future growth.

Welcome to quality, environment and safety (QES)
You will become part of a team with global responsibility for quality management systems. Your main stakeholders are placed across the organization, e.g. laboratories, IT, sales, sourcing, production and supply chain.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Being able to keep an overview in a complex system landscape and being able to foresee the impact changes might have on the QES processes and systems.

To succeed you must hold:

• Experience related to IT system development, implementation and/or change journeys
• Experience with executing projects and/or the ambition to become a project manager
• An educational degree at master level, preferably in a technical oriented field
• Affinity with ERP and/or laboratory systems would be a major advantage
• The ability to communicate with stakeholders across the organization
• An all-round business understanding and a quality mindset
• The capability to learn fast, enjoy new challenges, and have a drive to make things work better
