Accelerate your commercial skills

Fine-tuning crucial skills
TDC Erhverv is one of Denmark's leading providers of digital solutions for both the private and the public sectors. As Graduate24, you will contribute to sustaining and improving society as we know it and the critical infrastructure we depend upon.

Further, we offer you a graduate community where you will be offered opportunities for professional and personal development. Besides developing your competencies within telecom marketing, you will also be able to fine-tune crucial skills such as:

On top of that, we will invite some of the best name in the business for inspirational lectures and create possibilities for sparring sessions and interesting conversations. 

The program spans two years with a well-planned onboarding process as well as a deep dive into tasks and professional development activities in the first year.  

During the second year, you will be placed in one of these two departments:  

1. The Marketing Team: Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist
For you with a motivation for growth marketing and e-commerce. You will support create and implement strategies to optimise online transactions. You will be developing strategies to convert leads and opportunities. Further, you will organise, develop, and develop website marketing plans.

With your skills and interest in data analytics, you will assist colleagues identify areas for improvement within our online sales and marketing. 

The key responsibilities of a Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist:

  • Participate in developing the company’s e-commerce goals and KPIs
  • Identifying key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions
  • Secure strategies to improve conversion through the sales and marketing funnel
  • Monitoring and analysing e-commerce metrics and figures
  • Transforming e-commerce data into operational insights
  • Researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the e-commerce space
  • Brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the company’s e-commerce approach
  • Reporting and acting on changes and market trends

2. Market & Products: Commercial & Product Management Specialist
You become a part of the commercial and product teams at the heart of product planning and development, support teams create and enhance products by delivering data-driven insights on customers and markets, including areas of improvement in the product lifecycle. You will also support in providing insights that influence management decisions on product direction and investment.

You will get the opportunity to rotate between marketing and commercial and product management to get the full picture of a product life cycle and how we work to create the best offerings and value propositions for our customers.

The key responsibilities of a Commercial & Product Management Specialist:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback
  • Evaluate products and find ways to improve performance
  • Create reports and presentations about product data findings
  • Market research, understand industry trends, competition, and target customer needs
  • Collect and analyse data, and understand user perception of a product thoroughly
  • Track product performance and identify trends and patterns that suggest how well the product performs in the market and assess product growth.
  • Evaluate product performance
  • Understand product requirements and collaborate with relevant stakeholders
