Trademark Textiles is looking for a motivated Global Buying Graduate to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. Who we are:
Trademark Textiles A/S produces, designs, and sells private label accessories to well-known fashion brands all over Europe. We are specializing in socks, T-shirts, and underwear for all genders. With 20 years of experience, we collaborate with clients worldwide, delivering top-quality products from our headquarters in Kolding and through our global supply chain, including offices in the Far East.

About the role:
As a Global Buying Graduate, you’ll assist in procuring textiles for key clients, managing every detail from sample development to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, ensuring quality production, and securing competitive pricing - all while meeting strict deadlines. You’ll work closely with a diverse team of international colleagues, gaining exposure to the entire value chain and traveling frequently to our Far East locations (40-60 days per year).

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident Negotiator: You’re eager to secure the best deals and don’t shy away from tough negotiations.
  • A Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing energy and enthusiasm to your work.
  • Interest in Textiles and Supply Chain: A passion for fashion and an understanding of global supply chains are definite pluses.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (Danish, German, Polish, Dutch or Spain is a bonus, but not a requirement).

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, Procurement, Supply chain or a related field.
  • International experience (through work, study, or travel) is highly valued.
  • Good understanding of Excel
  • Willingness to travel internationally (40-60 days per year).
  • A keen eye for detail and a readiness to take on responsibility.

Trademark Textiles was established in Denmark in 2004 by Jesper Poulsen. He decided to use his many years of sales and research experience to realise an idea that was based on a gap that he had previously discovered in the market. The idea was to give companies in the textile industry an alternative solution to the agencies working as a link between the eastern manufactures and the rest of the world, specifically in private label production.
