Description
Init is seeking a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. You will be embedded in a team environment, working alongside experienced engineers and client stakeholders to modernize development platforms and delivery pipelines. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep, hands-on experience using both platforms: Azure DevOps to GitHub while strengthening your expertise in Azure Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities
As part of a structured delivery team, you will be involved in:

• Executing migration tasks across repositories, pipelines, and workflows
• Migrating and redesigning CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Working with IaC tools such as Terraform or Bicep to support Azure infrastructure
• Collaborating daily with team members and client engineers in a dynamic environment
• Troubleshooting issues and contributing to the continuous improvement of DevOps processes
• Ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

• Some practical experience with both Azure DevOps and GitHub (essential requirement)
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture fundamentals
• Some experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep preferred)
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
