For total of 10 IT systems and service applications, analyzing the "as-is" state of each system’s traceability documentation, locating existing user requirement and tests cases to conduct gap analyses for their orderliness, with the aim to suggest specific actions to improve and maintain the compliance level of the available documentation.

INVIXO Consulting Group A/S – ISO 9001:2015 Implementation Project:
Evaluation and optimization of INVIXO’s Quality Management System (QMS), e.g. design, review and implementation of SOPs, work instructions and templates; conducting gap analyses in regards of internal quality procedure optimization.

Development of a core RM SOP - a main pathway to facilitate and guide daily revenue management decisions, including several scenarios, decision tree and action plans. The outcome was a thorough document that describes in clear and concise way all steps, which need to be considered, to achieve high occupancy and sales rates for each hotel room.

As an intern in a production facility, support a team responsible for validation of plastic moulding tools for production with various data analysis, development of KPI systems, tracking performance and efficiency, reviewing validation documentation and working under strict quality standards, applying Lean tools like VSM for some of the major processes within the whole department to support identifying and aligning the roles and responsibilities among the different teams.

Production support for a subcontractor company, manufacturing wire harnesses for Volkswagen Electrical Systems Inc. with daily planning of material for various production stations, managing bottleneck, root cause analyses, preparing and presenting KPIs, support with recruitment of shop floor employees.
