KAPELKONKURRENCE - Koncertmester

Søndag den 25. og mandag den 26. august 2024 vil der blive afholdt konkurrence om en ledig stilling som koncertmester i Det Kongelige Kapel. Chefdirigent Marie Jacquot.

Stillingen ønskes besat i januar 2025 eller efter aftale.

Der stilles et tjenesteinstrument til rådighed.

Præ-konkurrence - video

Alle ansøgere skal indsende en video. Det er ikke et krav, at optagelsen er udført professionelt. Optagelsen skal være uredigeret, og ansigt og hænder skal være synlige. Et antal kandidater vil blive inviteret til konkurrencen på baggrund af videooptagelserne.

Videooptagelsen skal indeholde 1. sats & kadence uden akkompagnement af en af følgende koncerter:

• W.A. Mozart: Violinkoncert nr. 3 i G-dur KV. 216 (til takt 151 & kadence)

• W.A. Mozart: Violinkoncert nr. 4 i D-dur KV 218 (til takt 145 & kadence)
• W.A. Mozart: Violinkoncert nr. 5 i A-dur KV 219 (til takt 144 & kadence)

Videooptagelsen uploades sammen med udfyldt ansøgningsskema senest den 5. juni 2024.

Invitation
Ansøgerne vil få besked via mail sendt senest den 17.juni 2024, om de er inviterede til konkurrence. Information om afvikling af konkurrencen vil være inkluderet.

Ansættelse finder sted i henhold til Fællesoverenskomst for Det Kongelige Teater omfattende kunstnerisk personale og Protokollat til fællesoverenskomst for kapelmusikere mellem Det Kongelige Teater og CO10 samt lokalaftaler indgået mellem Det Kongelige Teater og Dansk Musikerforbund.

De første to år er prøvetid med én måneds gensidigt opsigelsesvarsel.

Alle interesserede uanset baggrund opfordres til at søge stillingen.

Det er en forudsætning, at ansøgere uden for EU-landene ved ansættelsestidspunktet selv har sikret sig arbejds- og opholdstilladelse i Danmark.

ORCHESTRA AUDITION - Concertmaster

On Sunday 25th of August and Monday 26th of August 2024, an audition will be held for a vacant position as first concertmaster in The Royal Danish Orchestra. Chief conductor Marie Jacquot.

The vacancy is to be filled as of January 2025 or according to agreement.

The concertmaster will have the opportunity to play on one of the high quality violins from the orchestra's collection.

The audition repertoire
Pre-audition by video recording:

All applicants are asked to send in a video recording. Professional quality of the recording is not required. The video must be unedited and have the applicant’s face and hands visible. Based on the video recordings a number of applicants will be invited to the audition.

The video recording must contain first movement and cadenza of one of the following concertos without accompaniment:

• W. A. Mozart: Violin concerto no 3 KV 216 (until bar 151 & cadenza)
• W. A. Mozart: Violin concerto no 4 KV 218 (until bar 145 & cadenza)
• W. A. Mozart: Violin concerto no 5 KV 219 (until bar 144 & cadenza)

The recording must be uploaded together with the application form no later than the 5th of June 2024.

Invitation
Applicants will be notified via email sent no later than 17th of June 2024, whether they have been invited to the audition. Detailed information about the planning of the audition will be included in that email.

Recruitment will take place under the Joint Agreement for the Royal Theatre on extensive artistic staff and the Protocol to the mutual agreement of Kapelmusikere between the Royal Theatre and CO 10 and local agreements between the Royal Theatre and the Danish Musician’s Union.

The first two years of employment is on a trial basis and may be cancelled subject to one month's mutual notice.

For applicants outside the EU countries, it is a precondition that at the time of employment the applicant has arranged for work- and residence permit in Denmark.
