Elevating quality standards in a world of advanced sonar systems and software
As a Quality Engineer at Teledyne RESON, you will play a central part in shaping the future of advanced subsea technologies for hydrographic, offshore, dredging, defense & security, and marine research business areas. Referring to Head of Quality, your mission is to maintain and enhance high standards of Teledyne RESON Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Status Reporting, as well as actively working with HSE within Teledyne RESON. Moreover, your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other regulations, conducting internal and supplier audits, resolving quality issues, and leading improvement projects. You will also analyze data, educate colleagues on QMS tools, and assist with QHSE reporting. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing LEAN methodologies, initiating problem-solving processes, and evaluating supplier quality performance.

Quality visionary in subsea technology
We imagine that you possess a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar, with strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset. You thrive in opetions-driven roles, displaying assertiveness, determination, and agility. Your ability to tackle complex problems and prioritize tasks is evident in your project-oriented work style. Moreover, you have experience in the appliance, electrical, or electronic industry, preferably from maritime sectors with products characterized by high levels of hardware and software. It is essential that you are fluent in both Danish and English.

Personally, you exhibit humility, openness to learning, and persistence in achieving goals while maintaining quality. You approach challenges pragmatically, respecting existing procedures yet willing to challenge norms for improvement and innovation. Your decision making is well-considered, taking diverse perspectives into account. Your professionalism and competence earn respect from colleagues and business partners alike.
