The Position
As our new quality coordinator, you will support the training, quality, and compliance initiatives across our department. As the role is new in the department, you will have the opportunity to influence the role and take part in building the quality coordination network across the VP area of Material Manufacturing Development.

You will function as a one-point-of-entry for audits and inspections in the department and drive the planning and execution. Additionally, you ensure overall inspection readiness.

Specifically, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Strengthen and maintain the training setup in the department in collaboration with department specialists.
  • Function as a one-point-of-entry for audits and inspections in the department and drive the planning and execution. Additionally, you ensure overall inspection readiness.
  • Support and drive the yearly planning of quality activities to be performed across the department.
  • Be a “go-to” person on quality subjects; you actively identify and drive quality improvement initiatives in the department, and support as needed by applying systematic problem solving, process mapping, or other LEAN methodologies.

Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a relevant academic degree at master’s level or above.
  • Experience with compliance requirements and GxP areas is considered an advantage.
  • Take responsibility, work independently, and make decisions that balance quality requirements, authority expectations, and business needs.
  • Demonstrate a LEAN mindset, are curious, and possess some project management skills or experience.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills and are fluent in English.
  • Motivate colleagues with a positive and proactive attitude and actively engage in decision-making processes.

About the Department
You will join RAW, a part of Material Manufacturing Development in Product Supply, Sourcing Operations. We consist of ~50 employees organised in four teams – this position in the Processes & Raw LCM team is currently situated in Bagsværd,- but will be moving to Taastrup in December 2024. In the department, we are responsible for development, implementation, and management of complex materials (raw materials, excipients etc.) from use in development to production, and we maintain documentation on existing materials.
