What does a Customer Relations Manager do?
As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be pivotal in educating new customers on the features and benefits of our products, tailoring onboarding materials to meet specific customer needs, and working closely with product development teams to improve user experience. You'll also maintain meticulous documentation of all customer interactions and support activities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting educational sessions for new clients to familiarise them with our products and services
- Customising onboarding materials to specific client needs and industry requirements
- Supporting clients during initial installation, setup, and implementation
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing prompt and reliable technical support
- Proactively monitoring client systems to address potential issues and prevent service interruptions
- Educating clients on system updates, new features, and enhancements
- Onsite customer visits and training
About You
As a Customer Relations Manager, you will bring clarity and a proactive approach to customer interactions. Furthermore, if you recognise yourself in some of the points below, we would be excited to learn more about you!
- Education: Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a technical support role, preferably with onboarding experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong organisational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and clear communication.
- Language: Fluent in English, Danish is an advantage
