The position
By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:

• Understand the overall project facilities cost picture from the early phase to Final Investment Decision (FID).
• Prepare weight/cost estimates based on technical documentation to enable consistent decision making.
• Collaborate with the project team, from engineering to procurement, quality & risk, to project controls and project management.
• Prepare, deliver, and present facility estimates as an integrated part of the project team.
• Perform cost risk analysis to ensure contingency level, accuracy, and quality.
• Develop and discuss project benchmarks and key figures to improve project performance by focusing on cost driving element.
• Contribute within the Estimation department to secure experience data as well as develop our tools and methodology.
• Contribute to continuous improvement related to project management and development.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree within a relevant area is preferred, but relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
• Experience within project development, both early phase or execution is an advantage. (Engineering, Project Controls, cost & weight estimation and Risk Management).
• Technical, commercial, or analytical background with multidisciplinary understanding is beneficial i.e., Mechanical, piping and layout, structure.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility towards different tasks withing the Estimation department.
