How you might spend your days
As a Dynamics365 Functional Consultant, you’ll be:
- Gather requirements, envision solutioning, configuring and design customisations
- Work with the entire project team to support the successful implementation and continued operation of NNE of Dynamics 365 platform
- Configure and test Microsoft Dynamics 365 application
- Advice and support key experts and process owners during month end activities, like closing and reconciliation
- Provide user support across NNE by resolving tickets and conducting root cause analysis
- Drive automation initiatives and AI-enabled improvements, and platform optimization, while also participate in ongoing operational activities
- Coach and train more junior colleagues

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
- Experience (2-4 years) from Dynamics365 Finance & Operations implementations and operation in corporate settings, from a consultancy role or internal project member role
- A strong finance background combined with solid practical platform experience
- Hands-on proficient in F&O functional flows, business mapping, configurations and second-level problem solving
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, and confidence working across business and technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or any other relevant combination
- It is also an advantage if you have experience from the Professional Services industry and project organisations
