We are currently looking for a SAP Payroll Specialist to join our dedicated team based in Taastrup, Denmark. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with international clients ensuring seamles Danish Payroll operations across various industries. You will be part of a highly skilled team, committed to delivering excellence in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing using SAP HCM Payrolll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
  • Handle complex payroll queries and issues, providing expert solutions.
  • Maintain and update payroll-related data in SAP.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Conduct payroll audits and implement process improvements.
  • Stay current with current legislation changes and payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Train and support junior team members on payroll tasks.
  • Preparation and delivery of reports.
  • Maintaining physical and electronical archive.

Your Experience and Education

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Danish payroll experience.
  • Experience with SAP HR module is required.
  • Fluency in Danish at a professional level is mandatory
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to deadlines, and numeracy.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
