About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team within Subsea Production Systems (SPS). In this role, you will work closely with finance and operational stakeholders across Denmark, Brazil, Norway, and the UK, supporting forward-looking financial analysis, reporting, and business performance initiatives.
You will play an important role in driving working capital and cash flow performance while supporting management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis activities. This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role where you will gain exposure to international business operations and contribute directly to business-critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities
As Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving working capital performance initiatives in partnership with the business
- Supporting R&D controlling and OPEX cost analysis activities
- Delivering financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making
- Improving reporting processes and implementing new initiatives that optimize finance business partnering activities
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders across international Subsea organizations
- Supporting the development of aligned global FP&A processes and best practices
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience working within a finance, accounting, or FP&A environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- ERP systems knowledge (Oracle experience is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities
- Commercial mindset with strong business understanding
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from a similar Finance Business Partner or FP&A role
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or project-driven environments
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations
