About the Job:
As the Senior Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and business partnering. You will oversee ERP transition projects and internal controls, supporting the financial activities to support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee reporting and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate the ERP transition and essential projects, ensuring collaboration with the project management team.
• Initiate and sustain solid internal governance of systems and engage in financial examination activities.
• Communicate and align with stakeholders across various financial functions for effective business partnering.
• Support statutory and external reporting requirements to ensure compliance.

Required Experience:

• Graduate Degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• In-house experience from an international company is a must.
• Experience with ERP systems and managing complex financial projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven project management abilities, particularly in ERP transitions and process improvements.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP software (e.g., Infor, Dynamic AX).
• Ability to translate business into financial processes.
• Focused on strategic approaches and resolving issues to improve financial outcomes and mitigate uncertainties.
• Since the role requires being in contact with SKAT and the national bank, fluency in Danish is necessary.
