Become Kanpla's next Key Account Manager and help digitalize contract catering in the Nordics. As our next Key Account Manager at Kanpla, your primary role will be to realize the potential of new agreements and generally increase the value of our customers' use of the product through relationship building, operational execution on Enterprise cases, and managing your own customer portfolio.

From humble beginnings as a school project, Kanpla has quickly evolved into one of the fastest-growing startups in the Nordics. Thanks to our latest investment round from a Dutch VC, we are now rapidly expanding across Europe. The team currently consists of 35 talented colleagues.

You will be:

  • The first Key Account Manager focused on the Nordics, giving you the opportunity to work with exciting new customers and practice excellent CS flows.
  • Working closely with our Head of Customer Success, Key Account Managers, and our Head of Go To Market.
  • A key player in the growth and expansion of Kanpla in the Nordics.

We believe you are:

  • Ambitious and motivated: Ready to face challenges, develop yourself, and take Kanpla's service to the next level.
  • Experienced in either: Customer Success / Key Account Management / Operations Management
  • Tech Savvy: Have a knack for IT and are curious about gaining a deeper understanding of software.
  • Based in either Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm or Oslo 🇩🇰🇳🇴🇸🇪
