ABOUT THE POSITION
Aptio Group is currently looking to hire a coordinator, who can provide sublime support to either project team and/or executive leader – to ease the workload and release time for other important decision-making tasks.

We are looking for a person with high integrity, good communication skills and ability to build relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders – internal and external.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Key areas

• Project assistance
• Project management support
• Communications
• Business support
• HR and Office operations.

Key tasks

• Practical work with administration
• MoM
• Communication tasks
• Reporting
• HR related topics
• Planning of meetings / workshops / project activities etc.
• Talent to quality assure work processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 – 5 years’ of relevant experience
• B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in relevant technical field, or M.Sc. in a commercial field
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in regulated industries such as pharma & biotech or food, veterinary or other related industries
• Great communication skills and attitude required to work in multidisplinary teams and to represent the company towards customers and partners.
• Strong ability to create networks and build relations
• Candidate preferably with international experience.
• Talent to quality assure work processes and procedures
