Jabra China is currently on a look out for Repair Supervisor to join Global Repair Solutions team in Xiamen, China.
The primary responsibility for the position is to manage activities in repair centers, optimize repair processes and support Repair & Warehouse Manager to manage team.
You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:
· Resource and capacity optimization/allocation to ensure repair planning on schedule.
· Coach team members and arrange trainings for keeping good performance.
· Reward good performance and encourage team members in time.
· Monitor teams’ correct execution with proactive and timely management.
· 6S management.
· Support to Design repair process, maintain and improve current processing technology and flow.
· Standardization management of equipment and fixtures.
· Improve repair efficiency, reduce repair cost.
A strong professional skill and communication and coordination ability individual, we imagine the following sounds like you:
· Electronic engineering background
· Bachelor's degree is must.
· More than 3 years working experience for engineering on electronic or process improvement.
· English is fluent both oral and written.
· Strong organizational and communication skill
· Strong IT knowledge including good capabilities in Microsoft Office
· Basic circuit analysis and fault diagnosis skills, and the ability to use testing instruments and tools for measurement and repair.
· Familiarity with common electronic components and equipment, and the ability to replace and repair them.
· Familiar with the methods and tools related to failure analysis, such as FMEA, FTA, etc.
