Job Description
As a Junior Operational Controller at Publicis Groupe, you will be a part of the finance function and work closely with the rest of the finance team and the business units. You’ll be involved in finance administration with focus on processes, maintaining the ERP system and ensure its smooth operation.

Responsibility
You will be a part of the Sweden-Denmark cross-country Finance team consisting of 12 team members and be one of 6 Operational Controllers with the responsibility for being a bridge between operations and finance/shared service center.
You report to the Head of Business Control Sweden & Denmark.

Collaboration
Together with your colleagues in the Operational Controller team, you will be working close with Operations and our shared service center in Poland. You'll collaborate closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the entire Finance team, as well as other departments, fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and shared success.

Core activities

  • Oversee invoicing and project management invoicing processes.
  • Maintain the system and ensure its smooth operation.
  • Provide support for both internal and external audit operations.
  • Uphold and implement 'Brilliant Basics' in all operational aspects.
  • Collecting and reviewing data for reports with precision and accuracy
  • Support our Shared Service center in AR/AP related tasks

Qualifications
We believe you are a curious and driven individual with an eye for details.

  • 1-2 years of experience from Finance, preferably within AP/AR
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Ability to handle large data sets
  • Great communications skills
  • It is a big advantage if you have worked in a Media Agency and have experience from working in Marathon ERP.
