Whether you're working on the frontlines of sales, managing strategic product lines, or overseeing IT asset disposition, these roles are vital to the company's success.

1st position – Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for new sales in the Nordics and managing the entire sales process, from attracting customers to holding meetings, as well as sales and contract negotiations within maintenance.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks:

    • Identify new relevant customers within Epoka's maintenance business
    • Understand customer needs and ensure good communication between the customer and your technical colleagues in the back office
    • Negotiate and renegotiate contracts
    • Customer visits
    • Develop the product portfolio
    • Improve market position for given brands
    • Pricing calculations and quoting based on market data and trends
    • Forecasting purchasing data
    • Strategic responsibility for the brand
    • Team leader, responsible for employee development and KPI follow-up
    • Expand and service the department's customer portfolio, which consists of a mix of new and existing customers/suppliers
    • Co-responsibility for meeting the department's planned budget
    • Identify new customers and suppliers, as well as maintain your own existing ones
    • Project manager for the entire process from start to finish
    • Responsible for the go-to-market strategy that supports Epoka's overall strategy
    • Identify customer segments
    • Project manager for ISO and R2v3 certifications

2nd position – Cisco Product Manager

You will play an exciting key role, where you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and developing new and existing suppliers. As part of the product team, you will be responsible for the entire sales process and inventory management. You will coordinate and assist with the sales efforts across the sales organization.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks:

3rd position – Product Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Product Sales Specialist who can strengthen the existing team with solid expertise in storage (NetApp/EMC). You will be a sparring partner for Epoka's Product Manager and will assist the Key Account Manager with configurations, pricing, sales, and purchasing. You will also share responsibility for the department's close collaboration with administration, logistics, technical staff, and inventory.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks:

4th position – IT Asset Disposition Manager

Due to Epoka's continued growth and strategic plans for the coming years, they are expanding the business in another area – IT Asset Disposition (ITAD). You will be responsible for starting up and managing Epoka's ITAD department, thereby developing and strengthening Epoka's sales channels.
