The position
You will be part our team of project managers responsible for a portfolio of investment projects covering energy optimization projects, renovation and life-time investments securing optimal facility conditions for our activities in Måløv. Most projects are related to critical energy supply and technical installations, e.g. cooling, ventilation, electricity and BMS.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Project Management of one or more projects, including oversee all aspects of project planning, coordination and execution from project brief to hand-over to operations
  • Manage project budget, time and quality
  • Drive procurement process securing the right engineering and technical advisors, contractors, suppliers etc.
  • Manage project scope continuously working and communicating with project stakeholders, primarily asset owners and users in our R&D areas, operations and your team of externals
  • Safeguarding R&D activities by stringent focusing and navigating through user needs, identifying the right solutions to minimize risk

Our team of project managers work across our sites on Zealand, but you will have your primary tasks at site Måløv. You will work closely with your colleagues in the local facility operations team.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in the role we expect you to:

  • Hold a Bachelor within engineering or similar technical education (e.g. ‘maskinmester’, diplomingeniør eller bygningskonstruktør)
  • Have 5 yrs of experience within project management
  • Be fluent in Danish and comfortable in English

Preferably you are experienced within the building industry or energy sector. You have an interest in operations.

On a personal level you are a team player and come with empathy, you have good communication skills, work independently and are comfortable in decision making.

About the department
The department is a part of Corporate Facilities (CFa) covering maintenance, operation and development of facilities across Danish production and R&D sites. We are about 300 colleagues in Bagsværd, Gentofte, Hillerød, Måløv, Søborg and Kalundborg. You will join the teams in Måløv with currently ~20 colleagues.
