a. Organizational Chart: Update the Company's organizational chart as requirements

b. Organizational System:

  • Support updating and managing the Company's list of positions & career roadmap
  • Support building and managing the Company's functional descriptions (including department descriptions and job descriptions), keep the descriptions up-to-date and organized

c. Training & Talent Development:

  • Support the Career Development Plan, follow up on employees' CDP target setting and annual review processes.
  • Support the documents public training courses, follow up with employees and training vendors for smooth processes.
  • Support the documents, logistics and trainee management for corporate training courses and talent development programs, assist and follow up with trainees to ensure their experiences and the results of the programs.

REQUIREMENT

  • English: Fluent in English (IELTS >= 7.0 or equivalent)
  • Professional knowledge & Experience: Knowledge of / Previous experience in Training/OD is a plus
