What you will experience as a Client Success Coordinator with ChemoMetec US:

About the role:

  • Seek out new business from existing clients in the Life Science industry
  • Create a virtual network of researchers in the Life Science community
  • Implement a proactive customer success strategy to prevent customer issues
  • Respond to customer requests and emails, and attending meetings with customers and internal team meetings
  • Work with the sales team on developing lead engagement tactics
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience with a CRM (Zoho is a plus) but not a requirement as we are willing to train
  • 1+ year relevant experience, such as of account management, fostering client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write well-crafted emails
