About the Global Business Graduate Programme
The full-time position as a Global Business Graduate offers rotational opportunities across Novo Nordisk in areas like People & Organization (HR), Business Development, Commercial, Digitalization, Medical Affairs, Portfolio Strategy, R&D or Public Affairs.
You will work hands-on with global people/organisational and business projects in Novo Nordisk through a wide range of different and exciting roles and within diverse teams and functions – and no matter what, you will work with people who all share the same commitment to excellence and to driving the continued success of Novo Nordisk.
As you embark on your life-changing career in Novo Nordisk, we will provide you with:

The position
During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of eight-months duration, both in our corporate headquarters in Denmark and in one of our global affiliates. Each rotation will contribute to understanding the Novo Nordisk value chain and strategic people perspective. You will gain experience working as a fully-fledged member of three different teams building your professional skills and teamwork competencies.
During the first rotation in our headquarters in Denmark, you will experience hands-on learning and a solid introduction to the business area.
In your second rotation, at one of our international affiliates or regional offices, you will acquire local market understanding and gain insights into bridging global perspectives with local market needs and regulations.
Coming back to headquarters on your third and final rotation, you will join our People & Organisation (HR) unit and obtain understanding of the people & organisational aspects in the business.
The aim is to give you learnings about the Novo Nordisk value chain and the strategic and people aspects it takes to become a future specialist or leader in Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed as a Global Business Graduate, we expect you to have:
- A recent master’s degree from 2024 or 2025 in a relevant field, for example within strategy, economics, management, international business, HR degree in combination with a business degree – and above average academic achievements
- International outlook and experience, for example from studying abroad, working or volunteering outside your home country
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
- No more than 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing a master’s degree
- A passion for working with people, business processes and projects, high drive, can-do attitude, and an ability to adapt to change
- Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive, and an eagerness to learn
- Professional fluency in English and be globally mobile
