People Partner - Operations & HQ Functions (Maternity Cover)

Flügger A/S

Are you passionate about making a difference for people and the business they help build? Do you feel energized by topics like organizational design, employee engagement, and business partnering? If so, we’d love to get to know you! We're looking for a People Partner to step in while our wonderful colleague is on leave.

About Us
At Flügger, our People & Culture team plays a crucial role in helping the organization grow with the right skills and a strong sense of engagement. We’re a dedicated group with a true passion for people, culture, and effective communication.
We’re also big believers in supporting one another and making the workplace enjoyable. While we’re deeply committed to our work, you can expect plenty of laughs and friendly moments around the office. Here, you’ll find a culture of openness, teamwork, and fun (we’re not just saying that, promise!) — plus lots of knowledge sharing and feedback as we tackle challenges together.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll support leaders in our Operations department, which includes our production and warehousing sites in Denmark and Sweden. Additionally, you’ll work with one of our HQ functions (we’re still deciding which one!). Your base will be in Denmark, but you’ll collaborate across borders with our teams in Sweden, Norway, and Poland.

You’ll report to the Head of Nordic People Partnering & Talent, whose leadership style is rooted in trust, support, and open communication.

As our People Partner, you’ll be busy with tasks like:
• Supporting our P&C activities: recruitment, onboarding, coaching, engagement, and the full scope of our annual P&C cycle
• Analyzing data points, such as sick leave, salary percentages and turnover, to bring meaningful guidance for the business
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and collective agreements
• Advising leaders on guidelines and procedures, providing support on recruitment, personnel issues, salary negotiations, and more
• Contributing to various P&C projects along the way.

What We Hope You Will Bring
Like the rest of our team, you’re passionate about supporting people and empowering them to succeed. You’re excited by the business side of things and enjoy creating real, meaningful value. Ideally, you’ve worked in a Nordic setting and have some familiarity with Swedish labor laws. You’re comfortable managing the full HR annual wheel, including performance reviews, salary discussions, and employee engagement.
Your experience has taught you to work independently and effectively with leaders at all levels, and you know how to balance strategic initiatives with practical, day-to-day tasks. You build relationships naturally, navigate organizations well, and build trust easily. You thrive in a dynamic role that involves both conceptual projects and operational support.
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is required.

Why Flügger?
As a People Partner at Flügger, you’ll play an important role in a company with a rich heritage and a bright future. We’re proud of our informal, creative culture where you’ll enjoy autonomy, openness, and room for growth. While our roots run deep, we’re eager for fresh perspectives and new ideas — including yours! Oh, and our HQ in Rødovre sports an excellent lunch, a free and fully equipped gym, an in-house massage program, and the best co-workers you can think of.

Curious? Let’s Talk!
If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you! If you have questions or just want to know more, feel free to reach out to our Head of Nordic People Partnering & Talent, Agnete Purup, at +45 41 77 77 77 or [email protected].
