Join Us in the Fight Against Cancer:
We are hiring a Bioanalytiker/Laboratory Technician for a temporary 36-month position to join us in the development and sustain of state-of-the-art in vitro diagnostic devices, benefiting patients worldwide.

About us and the job:
In Assay Lifecycle Maintenance, we focus on maintaining our assays in compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Bioanalytiker/Laboratory technician is our team, you will have a professionally challenging role where you work independently and support both our department and other parts of the organization.

You will be based in our Glostrup, Denmark office, working in an exciting and dynamic environment with around 20 colleagues. Our department is divided into two teams. The team you will join includes 7 Product Lifecycle Responsible and a Manager.

As a team, we continuously work on streamlining our workflows, and you will contribute to optimizing our processes.

In the long term, and after thorough training, there will be an opportunity for a hybrid solution where you can work from home if the tasks allow it.

Your primary tasks:

  • Sustain and product care activities for our product portfolio
  • Handling incoming reagent inquiries, maintaining systems, reviewing documents, and hosting meetings
  • Stakeholder management/communication (internal and external)
  • Close collaboration with the Product Lifecycle Responsible in our team

Qualifications

  • Educated as a Bioanalytiker or Laboratory Technician
  • Experience with IHC, primary and special staining, as well as ISH techniques
  • Familiarity with instruments such as Dako Omnis, Autostainer/PT-Link, Coverstainer, and/or Artisan is an advantage
  • Service-minded, with a good sense of humor and a positive attitude
  • Thrives in a high-paced environment and meets deadlines
  • Full fluency in English. Note that fluency in Danish is not required

You are detail-oriented, driven, and methodical. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with both external and internal partners. You thrive in both independent and team settings. While being flexible and adaptable, you also demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
