Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Are you an experienced software developer with ambitions to set the direction for software development? We are looking for a Senior Embedded SW Engineer to drive the development of our solutions and ensure optimal reuse, architecture, and object-oriented design.

About the Position
In this role, you will be part of a highly specialized and cross-functional team that works across the organization on exciting development projects. You will play a central role in coordinating development initiatives, including the selection of methods, tools, as well as the design, architecture, and implementation of software. As a Senior Embedded SW Engineer, you will actively contribute to the entire product development process—from requirements specification to implementation and maintenance. You will also hold a key position in the reuse and maintenance of our existing platforms.

We develop firmware using C and C++, applying UML (3+1 views) systematically to support reuse and scalability across products. Our teams work with Scrum (or a similar agile framework), coordinating through Jira alongside regular status and refinement meetings.

We Imagine You:

• Hold a relevant education, such as engineering or computer science.
• Have solid experience in embedded software development, ideally with an interest in architecture.
• Have experience with all phases of software development, including requirements specification, design, and implementation.
• Have hands-on experience with tools like DevOps, Git, and CMake.
• Are skilled in C and C++ development.
• Are familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Wish to further develop your skills in SW architecture.

At the same time, you are diplomatic in your approach to collaboration, capable of creating the right solutions by involving and motivating your team.
