We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Junior Sales Representative who is passionate about working with customers and helping to develop our business.

As a junior sales representative at Dynatest, you will play a key role in a dynamic international sales team, where you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues across our locations in both Ballerup and Gainesville, Florida, US.

You will be able to develop your sales skills and work with technical solutions in measuring pavement.

Role Purpose
As a Junior Sales Representative you will play a key role in expanding Dynatest's customer base and strengthening existing relationships through proactive outreach and tailored solutions.

You will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, present Dynatest’s offerings, and build long-lasting partnerships. Your role also involves supporting essential sales processes, from drafting proposals to maintaining CRM data and participating in strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be both sales-oriented and administrative:

  • Proactive Outreach: Identify, contact and connect with potential new clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Customer Expansion: Explore and analyze new market opportunities to increase Dynatest’s reach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing them with support and service ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of Dynatest’s pavement test equipment and solutions, primarily online with the opportunity for in-person meetings over time.
  • Proposal and Documentation: Draft and issue proposals, quotes and offers and assist in the preparation of contracts and sales documents.
  • CRM and Data Management: Maintain up-to-date customer data in the CRM system, track sales activity, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand Dynatest’s customer base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales representatives, marketing, and technical teams to refine sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Trade shows: Participation in Trade Shows and Events: Representing Dynatest at relevant trade shows and conferences around the world.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a person who is both results-oriented and socially skilled, and who thrives in an international and technological environment.

Your Unique Qualities:

  • Personable and Approachable: You have a positive and outgoing personality that makes it easy for you to build relationships. You can work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
  • Analytical and Structured: You excel at managing multiple tasks and have a structured approach to your work.
  • Driven and Proactive: You’re motivated to meet goals, seek new challenges, and take initiative. You have a strong passion for sales and for building relationships.
  • Strong Communicator: Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Technical Interest: You are keen to learn about technical solutions and equipment and their applications.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in a technical sales-oriented role for about 1-3 years is an advantage.
  • CRM/ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with customer management systems is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Relevant education such as HHX, Sales trainee, Sales engineer or equivalent.
