We are looking for someone part-time who can help us create amazing strategic partnerships and give our members access to all the cool products we would like to have ourselves—from sexual wellness products to those that offer our members an affordable way to better sleep—all bound together by our mission to create happy moments for our members.

So, in short: Find, develop, and execute amazing partnerships that create amazing products at amazing prices for our members.

We have already started this journey, but we are ready for the next level.

Your Role:
You will help our Product & Marketing Manager to develop and execute on product ideas - from coming up with ideas, reaching out to potential partners, following up and executing on everything to get the products into our warehouse.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data, insights, and creativity to build the product catalog and drive growth across our channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Brainstorming and developing product concepts relevant for our members

• Developing and executing partnerships and deals with strategic partners in the beauty and wellness category.

• Reaching out to brand partners, negotiating, and making sure all administrative tasks are completed for the product to be delivered at our warehouse

Skills We Expect:

• Product knowledge: You possess a deep understanding of beauty and wellness products and what is trending right now in this space.
• Coordination skills: You are skilled in coordinating across teams, but also with external partners.
• Negotiation skills: You are good at communicating with various stakeholders and negotiate with partners to protect Goodiebox’s interests in the partnerships.
• Unstoppable get-it-done-attitude: You will stop at nothing to reach your goals and will keep going even when you face challenges.
• Strong executive capabilities: You get things done but also have the ability to see the big picture opportunities and challenges.
• Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical orientation and attention to detail.
• Self-directed with a passion for learning and reaching targets.
• Accustomed to working in a highly complex environment with many demanding and expectant stakeholders.
