About the role
The Regulatory Reporting Officer reports to the Head of Tax & Regulatory Reporting and is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and filing of various financial regulatory reports (including COREP, FINREP, BCL statistical, AnaCredit or similar reports globally) in compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures, and generally accepted accounting principles.

In this role, you will produce regulatory reports for Banking Circle entities: regulatory reporting is the submission of data to a relevant authority to demonstrate compliance with the necessary regulatory provisions. In simpler terms, it is the process businesses and individuals must continually go through to show they are following all the rules set by financial authorities.

What you will be doing

• Preparation of internal reports on regulatory key ratios (solvency, leverage ratio, LCR and NSFR),
  • Follow up and enhance existing controls framework,
  • Optimization of processes related to Regulatory Reporting,
  • Dialogue with the authorities: CSSF, BCL, Bundesbank, FCA, FMA, SNB, MAS…,
  • Production/enhancement of the documentation,
  • Participation in expansion projects and follow ups on implementation.

You possess strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with regulatory reporting specialists, data engineers, and other stakeholders. With a strong analytical mindset, you are able to navigate complex data structures and flows within the organization.

You have strong understanding of banking regulatory reporting rules and strong analytical problem-solving skill and the ability to identify ways to improve efficiency processes.
You have experience with any regulatory reporting software (OneSumX, Adenza, Regnology…)and you are able to write documents.

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have 2 to 5 years in the financial/banking sector, in regulatory (prudential) reporting and Master's or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent degree.
