The job, the department & daily tasks
As a Frontend Developer in the IQX department at FOSS, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge frontend applications using Angular. You will work in a fully cross-functional Scrum team that includes frontend and backend developers, UI/UX specialists, and QA engineers, with the support of a dedicated Product Owner.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Designing and implementing responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications
• Collaborating closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration
• Participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of our Agile workflow
• Working with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional applications
• Writing high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
• Engaging in code reviews and contributing to best practices for development

Professional & personal competences
To succeed in this role, you bring a mix of technical expertise and strong personal qualities:

• Proficiency in Angular Development: Strong experience in building and maintaining frontend applications using Angular. Experience with NgRx or other state management libraries is a benefit. In-depth knowledge of the RxJS library and understanding of reactive and declarative coding approaches
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working in cross-functional Scrum teams and collaborating with stakeholders across roles
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create clean, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring high code quality and maintainability
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions
• Strong Communication Skills: Capable of conveying ideas clearly and engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. Company language is English so good English skills both written and spoken is needed
• Full-Stack knowledge: While not a requirement, experience with C# and familiarity with REST interface concepts would be an advantage
