Master Data Trainee
Actona Group A/S
Do you have a flair for data? Can you make sense of large amounts of data, and do you want to be part of an ambitious company focusing on sustainability? Then you might be our new colleague in our Master Data department.
“In the team, we work with large amounts of data, create structure, and optimize work processes. I'm looking for a detail-oriented person interested in data quality and systems. It is crucial for the rest of Actona that we have valid data to work with, which is why it is extra important that we are thorough, detailed, and holistic,” says Helle, team lead in Master Data
About the job
As a trainee in the Master Data team, you will be a central part of the operation and development of the company. The team consists of specialists who optimize and maintain data in our systems. The focus is creating a stable, quality-assured operation of our master data while streamlining and automating work processes. The above is a central part of our strategy, where one of the core areas is cross-functional digitalization.
In addition to data quality and optimization, there will be ample opportunity to be part of our journey to become one of the industry leaders in sustainability data. You will be part of a team that provides customers with data that, for example, enables them to measure their carbon footprint or how much plastic they import annually, all in line with current legislation.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Creating item numbers in our systems
- Validation and maintenance of item data
- Collecting and structuring data on request from customers
- Ongoing ad hoc tasks & projects
- Support for other internal departments
- Participation in the development and further streamlining of our workflows
Who are you?
You like structure and order - and are not intimidated by a big Excel sheet! You have an eye for detail and enjoy working with complex systems and processes. You are thorough and want to learn new work processes.
At Actona Group, we aim for mutual success through cooperation and at the same time appreciate that you as an employee take responsibility and can work independently.
We expect you to be:
- Structured and good at organizing your work
- Service-minded, thorough and patient
- Able to see yourself in routine operational tasks and, in the long term, system development projects
- Ready to embrace challenges and be adaptable
- A team player who contributes both professionally and socially
- Interested in learning how to use different IT systems
Does the above sound interesting? Then don't hesitate to send us an application!
We look forward to hearing from you.
