The Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders—including local and global marketing teams, external vendors, and business counterparts—to translate business needs into impactful, value-driven solutions that align with our strategic vision.

Your responsibilities will include:
Solution Design & Architecture
- Own the creation of solution designs and architecture, translating business requirements into actionable designs.
- Communicate effectively with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Review and refine user stories into work packages and guide the delivery team throughout the product lifecycle, including rollouts and launches.
Change Management
- Implement tasks during sprints, including configuration and code quality reviews, following Salesforce best practices
Program Management
- Collaborate with Product Management to align business and technology, defining the 'why and how' behind solution success
- Act as a subject matter expert for business stakeholders within the IT team, ensuring maximum value for the business
Innovation
- Stay updated on CRM advancements and Salesforce innovations, selecting technologies that maximize business value
- Advocate for best practices to enhance the customer experience and drive continuous improvement
Organizational Support
- Facilitate agile development ceremonies, ensuring smooth team collaboration
- Help enforce and refine engineering practices, guidelines, and policies to optimize processes
What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience working with Salesforce, including certifications in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Data Cloud
- Hands-on development experience, particularly with APEX, LWC, REST integration, and a solid understanding of holistic application landscapes
- Experience contributing to agile processes and driving continuous improvement in engineering practices
- Ability to engage with business counterparts, translating technical concepts into business language and vice versa
- A passion for exploring new Salesforce capabilities and implementing innovative solutions
