You will become part of our Network Monitoring Center (NMC), which consists of 11 colleagues who all take great professional pride in their work. We focus on sharing knowledge between colleagues, and you will quickly learn the various disciplines required for the job. We ensure a stable and efficient network
Your daily work will be diverse and varied depending on the incidents we receive. You will become the "go-to person" for many people inside and outside the business, and you will naturally have a wide range of contacts.

We monitor the network infrastructure based on various technologies within mobile, fiber, and Coax networks. The systems are monitored around the clock to quickly address and troubleshoot issues. We strive to stay ahead with service of planned work and respond promptly to affected customers in case of an outage. This work is carried out through various channels such as email, SMS, website, etc.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Network monitoring
  • Advanced troubleshooting
  • Optimizing internal processes and systems
  • Internal documentation and logbooks for reporting
  • Targeted communication to customers as needed and through the appropriate media

You will be part of our shift rotation, which includes shifts around the clock. We organize the shift schedule within the department and are good at helping each other with shifts to ensure that everyones needs are met. The varying working hours are, of course, compensated with additional pay.

Good service and technical flair go hand in hand
You are a skilled communicator, have a good sense of humour, and work ambitiously with your tasks. You thrive in a job where every day is different and in a company where things are constantly changing and evolving.

Your education is not important to us. You might currently be in a technical support department, working as a technically skilled 2nd line customer supporter or as an IT supporter who wants to try working with networks and customers. Knowledge of ITIL4 IT Service Management or a similar framework is considered an advantage, as is experience with mobile network monitoring. Otherwise, we will naturally prepare you for the tasks.

The most important thing for success in the job is that you want to work with technology and networks, and you enjoy communicating with many people. Additionally, you have a strong motivation for service. We work based on ITIL principles, so familiarity with them is an advantage.

It is a prerequisite for employment that you can obtain security clearance and maintain it throughout your employment.
