Join BioMar Group's Global Sourcing Governance & Analytics team located in central Aarhus and become part of a global, industry-leading organization.
The Global Sourcing department ensures the responsible sourcing of raw materials used globally in BioMar facilities. This includes maintaining a commercial balance between costs, dietary requirements, technical quality, and sustainability.
As our new Global Sourcing Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and stability of our sourcing processes.

In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks that combine administrative excellence with opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Invoice Management: Managing invoices and ensuring they align with agreed terms.
- Finance Coordination: Maintain continuous dialogue with our finance department, ensuring effective controlling of financial operations.
- Documentation: Keeping procedure documentation up to date and ensuring that procedures are correctly followed.
- Process Optimization: Supporting the automation and optimization of manual processes to improve efficiency.
Furthermore, depending on your qualifications and experience, you may also be involved in forecasting and budgeting, as well as developing our financial risk management framework related to the sourcing of raw materials.

To succeed in this role, you have a strong attention to detail and are motivated by maintaining quality in core processes in a dynamic environment. You must thrive in a role where your responsibilities can range from routine tasks to more challenging and development-oriented projects.
You work independently, have a structured approach to your tasks and take pride in seeing them through to completion. Additionally, you bring the following qualifications:
- A relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or another related field.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in ERP software and relevant IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As we have subsidiaries in multiple countries and have many international colleagues and partners, it is a requirement that you write and speak English fluently. Although English will be a part of your daily work-life, it is an advantage if you also speak a Scandinavian language as much communication will be in Scandinavian.
