Core Responsibilities

  • Define critical phases for Software and infrastructure deployment for factory builds
  • Steer software Product deliveries to support pace of equipment and building milestones
  • Deliver successful SW and infrastructure readiness for factory deployment
  • Work with Program management to timely remove roadblocks for implementation
  • Act as focal point for connection between factory build project and IT product teams
  • Share recommendation to overall product- and technology roadmaps within Operations digital agenda to support features are timely delivered for factory builds/refurbishments
  • Bring the latest innovation in Smart Manufacturing to factory build roadmap

Automation & Digitalization CoE is a department within Engineering & Workplace, which has its focus to support the innovation & growth in manufacturing sites and R&D departments. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up effective governance and implementation of software and IT infrastructure deliveries to key factory builds and refurbishments

Do you have what it takes?

  • Leading the implementation of IT infrastructure initiatives
  • Coordinating the practical deployment of IT software products and infrastructure within factory build projects
  • Collaborating effectively with equipment engineering, IT, and facility teams
  • Demonstrating insights into the LEGO Group's IT landscape and production applications
  • Skillfully navigating complex organizational structures to eliminate obstacles for implementation teams
  • Proactive problem solver who takes initiative in dynamic environments
  • Thrives in team environments, uniting team members towards a common goal
  • Able to travel to other sites when required.
