The position
As our new Training Coordinator, you will be an important part of a dynamic area ensuring stability and quality in our training administration processes and tools. You will participate or drive standardization projects that provide our employees with a simple and easy setup in how to handle their training administration.

Among other things you will:

  • Standardize and build training setups according to the principles and communicate this to our stakeholders
  • Manage our shared mailbox providing support to the approx. 1500 employees in Fill & Finish Expansion on the Novo Nordisk principles for how to handle our Training Administration processes.
  • Identify and implement optimization and standardization opportunities in our processes, tools and workflows
  • Act as a global job function coordinator for Fill & Finish Expansion, and drive a network globally, e.g. presenting training news, changes, ensuring compliance globally etc.
  • Participate in onboarding and training sessions ensuring new employees and managers are fully informed about training compliance and processes

You will be part of a cross-functional and international team. Along with other Global Training Partners you will take part in shaping the future training systems for new production areas around the world ensuring a standardized and LEAN training administration.

This position is based in Lyngby with flexibility to work from other locations.

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates eager to learn or develop their careers within training systems and administration. Ideally you fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Experience from administrative roles or educational background within training administration, and preferably experience working in a corporate environment
  • Experience from implementation or operation of a service management system
  • Being familiar with GMP requirements is considered an advantage
  • Flair for and a natural interest in IT systems (we use Learning Management System)
  • Fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written

You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities might change, and tasks will adapt to the business needs at any given time. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will allow you to work efficiently with global stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. Finally, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed.

About the department
You will join the Product Supply, Quality and IT as a part of Global People & Organisation. Within this area you will be part of Fill & Finish Global Training Support, a team of 9 Global Training Partners and 1 technical writer, who work with developing the training for the future capacity expansion sites. This team is established august 24, which means the department can change over time according to the need of the organization.
