Welcome to Group Operational Sustainability
You will become part of Group Operational Sustainability and more specifically, a team of regional sales sustainability managers, focusing on our decarbonisation services globally – a dynamic and growing team at the forefront of DSV's sustainability journey.

This team is dedicated to driving impactful initiatives with a focus on DSV's Decarbonising Logistics Services. As the team’s structure is currently being developed, we are open to your location and will determine which region is best suited for you.

Drive regional and country-specific sustainability initiatives
As our new Regional Sales Manager, you will take charge of progressing sustainability within the region by developing, leading, and implementing the commercial decarbonisation strategy.

You will further gain a leading role in driving sales KPIs for selling our decarbonization services – in doing so, you will obtain a deep understanding of the relevant sustainability initiatives in the region. At times, this will involve taking the lead on strategic conversations with larger customer accounts, allowing you to build a thorough understanding of the customer landscape and their needs.

Working closely together with local sustainability ambassadors and country managers, and a wide range of additional sustainability colleagues, you will also:

  • Contribute to the sustainability strategy for the region, focussing on both the commercial approach, KPIs, as well as supporting operational goals
  • Be responsible for driving sales KPIs related to decarbonisation services across the region
  • Develop sales competencies and assist country ambassadors and local sales with sustainability initiatives
  • Ensure market-relevant decarbonisation services in collaboration with GOS and other Group sustainability departments
  • Support divisional leads in the execution and delivery against decarbonisation roadmaps for the region, and deployment of technologies

You should expect some travel within the region – the specific extent is not set in stone, but around 20 days a year as an estimate.

Solid stakeholder manager with a commercial profile
With excellent communication skills combined with strong stakeholder management abilities, you are able to build and maintain a strong stakeholder landscape.

And with your professional and personal stamina, as well as diplomatic and persuasive approach, you are great at influencing and negotiating when new initiatives are to be implemented.

Furthermore, we imagine that you bring:

  • Commercial experience from customer-facing roles
  • Experience with driving sales KPIs
  • Some sustainability knowledge or experience – or a high degree of curiosity for the area
  • A structured mindset and a great overview and knack for ensuring that projects progress
  • A talent for project management as well as know-how of building road maps, so that you can assist each market with it
  • English written and oral fluency – and perhaps an additional language
