Junior Business Analyst (Talent Program)

BEC

The BEC Talent Program is looking for candidates ready to grow and unfold their ambitions alongside other bright-minded professionals.

Based in Roskilde, we are looking for curious and ambitious graduates. If you have a master’s degree related to IT, finance, business or data science as well as interest and knowledge of the intersections of these professional fields, have recently graduated or will graduate before August 1st, 2025, and have results above average - join the BEC Talent Program!

CODE. LEARN. GROW. TOGETHER.

We offer 12 months of training through workshops, side by side training and real work. You will be offered a permanent contract of employment and an attractive salary from day one. Working with real tasks, you will continuously be upgrading your qualifications. As part of an agile team and guided by your dedicated mentor, you become familiar with agile ways of working as well as your new organizational and technological surroundings. As part of the Talent Program, you will have the opportunity to build strong networks of helpful and committed colleagues in both Denmark and Poland.

Motivated by understanding fintech technologies while valuing customer centricity and identifying business needs, you will:

  • Represent bank customer needs to our full-stack developer teams
  • Communicate and balance expectations for specific operational requests for IT developers
  • Deep dive into customer needs as well as the function and architecture of relevant IT systems
  • Acquire knowledge about the financial sector, BEC’s enterprise architecture, security and compliance as well as area-specific knowledge

Some positions will focus more on customer journeys while others are more technical and data-driven. Depending on the match between your competencies and the hiring managers, your daily work could centre around technical accounting, law and compliance, transformation projects, translating customer needs and working with data quality, etc.

To us, curiosity is just as important as work experience. And besides being data-driven and bright, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in e.g. IT, finance, business or data sciences or another related field and have an above-average academic track record with a maximum of 3 years of work experience
  • Are curious about complex IT systems and the craft of building efficient, safe, and reliable financial technologies
  • Have good communication skills and are able to have dialogues with both bank customers and IT professionals
  • Are fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken)

Would you like to develop your skills through BEC’s Talent Program?

We look forward to receiving your application and resume as soon as possible, but no later than March 2nd. We will be contacting candidates throughout the campaign, so you may hear from us before the deadline. Please note that we may close the recruitment process early once we find the ideal candidates. Please also upload relevant diplomas documenting courses and grades during your bachelor’s and master’s degree or alternatively your transcript of records if you are finishing your studies. At BEC, we welcome early applications, as we will be reviewing applications and conducting screening calls on an ongoing basis.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Step 1: Upload your CV in English, transcript of records and application.

Step 2: Complete a quick cognitive test.

Step 3: Screening/first interview with recruiter.

Step: 4 Assessment Day and second interview with hiring manager will take place during one day in our office in Roskilde in March 2025.

Time to sign contract. See you during your first day of work on 1st of August 2025!
