If you possess a consistent, sales-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with both channel partners and customers, then you might be our new Territory Sales Executive, EMEA North.
The team you will be part of
Based at our office in Helsinki, Finland, you will be part of a vibrant Nordic/North sales team reporting to the Nordic Director of Sales Steen Marquard.
Your role will contribute to the growth and meeting of the annual target and the management of key channel partners in Finland. You will be demonstrating proficiency in solution selling methodologies, channel management, CRM discipline, territory and account management practices, business development, and sales activity.
Your primary interaction will be with the local Finnish sales team, but you will be part of the Nordic channel team, a cohesive and collaborative group, where support and sparring across teams and country borders is part of our culture.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be:
- Profile partner to understand the share of wallet opportunity within audio and video solutions
- Identify key contacts, build, and maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers
- Initiate revenue growth through effective account management of your target account list – and onboard new potential growth partners
- Identify and manage sales opportunities via our CRM platform and meet the annual target
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Be inclusive and have a solid background in working with either accounts or partners
- Be a proficient communicator who can articulate in both Finnish and English
- Have shown reliable performance and be able to forecast and report to management
- Be capable of identifying new opportunities and implementing initiatives to deliver against agreed sales targets
- Show sound decision-making
- Able to build solid relationships and working to continually improve customer experiences
- This role requires a special blend of team spirit, motivation, and the ability to work on your own
As partners are located throughout Finland, it's expected that there will be some domestic travel in the role, and a company vehicle will be provided as part of the overall package. Furthermore, expect 5-10 days of travel outside of Finland per year to our kick-offs, trainings, and so on.
