Core Responsibilities
As a Game Experience Moderation Manager, your core responsibilities include:
- Audit and review user-generated games, including text, images, videos, gameplay, features, and 3D models.
- Address inappropriate content reports and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
- Serve as the main contact for external partners, like Epic Games, ensuring game moderation aligns with LEGO Brand guidelines.
- Advocate for user and business needs, providing insights and reports on moderation processes and user appeals.
- Collaborate with online community peers, identify emerging risks or trends within the UGC space that may require updates to the moderation process.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund – alternatively Copenhagen, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
- Significant experience in a similar role, ensuring brand safety in a global, gaming-focused organization.
- Technical understanding of UGC ecosystems, creator economy, gameplay mechanics, and moderation tools.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing content against brand guidelines and providing feedback.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in resolving user appeals positively.
- Ability to work across multiple layers & time zones
- Experience navigating complex IP and brand guidelines, with legal collaboration preferred.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in digital gaming; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
